A Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the organization. He/She will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify potential prospects and develop strategies aimed at driving growth.



Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, brokering partnerships and developing sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies aimed at driving growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute business plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Understanding of market analysis and business strategy
  • A strong network and deep understanding of HORECA channel & market trends.
