Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the HR functions of the entire organization.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Support the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and assisting with goal-setting and development plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and managers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Can speak mandarin is preferred
