Tentech is looking for a General Administration and Project Co-ordinator

Tentech is a technology delivery company that specialises in CAD application and data management. We work with large utilities, engineering and construction companies in the areas of CAD data management system implementation, integration and large dataset migrations.

We focus heavily with the Autodesk suite of applications and platforms and provide support to our customers in the use of these applications, CAD best practices, data management / workflow optimisation and training.

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate 3D Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in any 3D modeling application with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Administration and Project Co-ordination Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team and coordinating project tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate project tasks, including setting up project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support task co-ordination by liaising with team members, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all required materials and resources are available.
  • Perform research and gather data to support projects as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or general administration preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships.
