Travel and Tour Head - Siquijor [Philippines]


 

  • Record reports weekly with information requested by the regional tours and travel managerProvide excellent customer service by answering their queries and providing guests with information about all tours, travel and relevant details.
  • Oversee the daily operations of Madventures tour desk ensuring the Madventures tour desk is operated for at least 12 hours a day.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Training of the Travel & Tour Gurus, and strategy to increases sales
  • Ensure safety training has been completed by all Travel Gurus in accordance with company policy
  • Provide accurate, informative and fun facts on all Madventure tours to enhance the experience of our customers whilst ensuring Travel Gurus can deliver to the same quality
