HR Executive [Singapore]


 

Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment activities (non-managerial roles), including sourcing for candidates and filling vacancies
  • Assist in the monthly payroll process ensuring calculations are accurate and staff are paid salaries on time
  • Maintains the integrity of the HR database
  • Work passes application and renewal
  • Manage the onboarding process including first day induction
  • Manage the staff engagement activities (CNY, Xmas, Yr-end dinner, LSA, Townhall, CEO chats)
  • Provide guidance to staff during grievances, disciplinary or termination cases

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resource or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years in HR experience
  • Meticulous, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility
  • Well versed in Singapore employment laws and HR practices
