Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Technical Specialist who has proficiency in the Vietnamese language. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions to optimize our social media channels in Vietnamese. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure that the company’s social media presence is aligned with our brand’s standards. Your main objective is to facilitate user engagement and generate leads for the company through social media.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the social media team to develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns in korean, including paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms in Vietnamese as well as other languages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that social media content reflects the brand’s voice and tone.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in social media and digital marketing to inform new creative approaches on our social media channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers in Vietnam.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns targeting prospects and customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English languages.
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful social media campaigns with ads, promotions, and branded content.
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong project management skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communication, journalism, or related fields
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
