We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and nurturing client relationships.

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential market segments and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create comprehensive business plans and set achievable goals.
  • Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our market share.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements while ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to align business strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and business development activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
