As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and nurturing client relationships.
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential market segments and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create comprehensive business plans and set achievable goals.
- Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our market share.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements while ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to align business strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales performance and business development activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
